Bilingual HND in Human Resource Management

The objective of this specialty is to train specialists in the administrative follow-up of personnel (contracts, absences, leaves, medical visits, declarations to labour organizations) and offering refreshment courses in line with the labour code; the regulation of work and the human resource policy of the enterprise.


The program also focuses on helping students master basic Management and Human Resource Management concepts in both French and English. This language acument gives them unparralled advantage in the world of work in Cameroon which is predominantly French.


The fact that students begin the program by observing how employers treat and deal with employees in real businesses as part of their work space, ebbs in them the practicality of the concepts discussed during classroom sessions.


As students take ownership of the learning process, making significant contributions to their curriculum at every stage, skill acquisition continuously meets market needs.


FUNIC’s eLearning platform is equipped with resources that gives students the flexibility to learn almost from anywhere in the world. The resources provide for both remote and on-campus learning. Economic Environment

Understand the economic environment of Cameroon and how enterprises operate.

Use of IT

Master the use of the computer in payroll and managing of salary files

Training and Development

Identify and define training needs of personnel, and ensuring that the enterprise operates in accordance with the labour code.


Learn to work in teams, lead groups and build other leadership skills that will motivate students to remain top performers

Learning Outcomes

Cordinate payment vouchers for employees and establish pay slips;

Carry out the administrative follow-up of human resources operations, as well as employment interviews

Follow up contracts for the outsourcing of personnel and other services;

Exchange and cultural visit

These visits take our students to local companies and cultural sites across the country. With over 185 different ethnic groups country wide, cultural visits teach lessons that classrooms can only fanthom. 


Visits to palaces, historical sites and monuments countrywide help students develop a better appreciation of the cultural riches of Cameroon. 


Company visits on the other hand helps students understand the work and professional ethics of companies in Cameroon. During such company visits, students build valuable employment network and interact with professionals who can shape their career choices.
