Bilingual HND in Assistant Manager

This program trains collaborators of General managers, Directors, and heads of service. They are trained to be organized, rigorous, dynamic, and discreet,  qualities that permit them to assist members of Top management.

Objectives of the Program

The objective of the program is for the students to be able to do the following:

  • Learn to assist managers of organizations;
  • Acquire mastery of the French and English languages 
  • Understand how to work in a professional environment;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
  • Demonstrate adaptability and maturity

Learning Outcome

Learn to Organize and Manage a Business

students learn to organize people and foster working relationships that helps everyone to work towards a common goal.

Manage Information flow and decision making

Students ensure that information flows smoothly through the different parts of the organization to aid decision making

Master Legal and Company Procedures

Students are taught to master the legal implications of management decisions and to craft company policies inline with regulations

Think critically, be proactive and, organized

Students are helped to become better prepared for the challenges of business by predicting possible business problems and solving them before they occur


FUNIC’s Assistant Manager courses are taught by highly selected professional business managers and business owners drawn from a variety of operational and professional fields.  from principles of management to digital entrepreneurship, from high-tech innovation to computer-based accountancy.

Exchange And Cultural Visit

These visits take our students to local companies and cultural sites across the country. With over 185 different ethnic groups country wide, cultural visits teach lessons that classrooms can only fathom. Visits to palaces, historical sites, and monuments countrywide help students develop a better appreciation of the cultural riches of Cameroon. Company visits on the other hand helps students understand the work and professional ethics of companies in Cameroon. During such company visits, students build valuable employment network and interact with professionals who can shape their career choices.
