The objective of the program is for the students to be able to do the following:
Students are taught to initiate a strong start to projects that can significantly increase the chances of achieving success.
Students are taught to perform the day-to-day management of tasks within projects and to streamline the workflow of all tasks.
Students are taught to record and report critical data from project activities that help in monitoring and efficient decision making.
Through benchmarking, students learn how to determine reference points to compare their project processes and performance so as to make improvements.
FUNIC’s Project Management courses are taught by highly selected international university professors, trainers, and business managers, drawn from a variety of operational and professional fields, from accounting to digital entrepreneurship, from high-tech innovation to computer based Project Management.

With over 185 different ethnic groups country wide, cultural visits teach lessons that classrooms can only fathom. Visits to palaces, historical sites, and monuments countrywide help students develop a better appreciation of the cultural riches of Cameroon. Company visits on the other hand helps students understand the work and professional ethics of companies in Cameroon. During such company visits, students build valuable employment network and interact with professionals who can shape their career choices.
