Fotabe University of Cameroon’s Bachelor of Technology in Human Resource Management is an advanced program that allows HND holders to enhance their qualifications by earning a bachelor’s degree in one year. This program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and develop an organization’s human resources effectively.
Program Objectives:

General Entry Requirements
To be admitted into the B-Tech program, students must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Hold a Higher National Diploma in any field related to program of interest obtained from Cameroon or abroad. Or should have completed two years of university studies from a recognized Higher institution in Cameroon or abroad. Students who fall in this second category will write an entrance examination supervised by FUNIC Cameroon.
- Holders of DIPES and DIPIT issued by the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon.

• Full Time on-campus.
• Part-time online and distance
• Full Time online and distance learning.
The duration of the B-Tech program is:
• One Academic year.
