The Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship course is designed to equip learners learn the skills, personality, intelligence of Entrepreneurs so as to become successful entrepreneurs. Learners will also learn the pillars of Intrapreneurship.

Learners will study why intrapreneurs are the very reason for the success of many entrepreneurs, and how to help team members develop intrapreneurial competencies. Various models of entrepreneurship will be explored in great detail, in order to expose the differences between business people and Entrepreneurs. The program is a collaborative learning experience, which can be studied online or on-campus. The program is divided into five modules spread over 10 hours of study time:

  • Module 1: An Entrepreneur Vs a Businessperson
  • Module 2: Entrepreneurship in developing economies
  • Module 3: Developing the Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Module 4: The Intrapreneurship reality and Process
  • Module 5: Key Attributes- Personality/Emotional Intelligence of Intrapreneurs

Other course activities:

  • Company visits
  • Daily learning logs with weekly project plans and execution
  • Project-based Assignments
