The world report course is a unique course especially designed to enable students to master how to develop a mindset that supports excellence. The growth mindset is critical for the success of leaders, entrepreneurs, and for the growth of communities and business organizations.

Learners will also be trained to understand why and how to acquire, analyze and utilize information useful for managerial decision making, in a world where fake news abounds. They will explore local and international sources of information to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the various sources.

Students will also be helped to understand the global business environment and how cultures communicate effectively across cultures.  

The course is a collaborative learning experience, which can be studied online or on-campus. The program is divided into seven modules spread over 15 hours of study time:

• Module 1: The power of information
• Module 2: Global Business
• Module 3: Developing the Growth Mindset
• Module 4: Active listening
• Module 5: Effective reading
• Module 6: News item analysis
• Module 7: Critical and creative Writing

Other course activities:

• Company visits
• Daily learning logs with weekly project plans and execution
• Project-based Assignments
